Heart and Scroll is one of the earliest chapters of the Romance Writers of America, formed in 1981. Our membership includes authors at all stages of their careers, from aspiring writers to repeat bestsellers, and we always welcome new members!

Where We Meet
For the duration of Governor Pritzker’s stay-at-home order, the Heart & Scroll chapter will suspend meetings at Central Illinois Regional Airport. Once the situation is deemed safe for in-person meetings again, we will resume.
